Knightsen residents and neighbors interested in community issues and the local agencies that support them are invited to attend a community meeting on Saturday, April 16 from 10 a.m. to noon in the Knightsen Elementary School multipurpose room.

Representatives from local agencies and groups serving the Knightsen community will be on hand to share information and answer questions about their organizations.

The Knightsen Garden Club will also provide a pancake breakfast – for $5 per person – from 8 to 10 a.m.

Agencies attending include the Knightsen Town Advisory Council, East Contra Costa Fire Protection District, Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office, Knightsen Elementary School District, Contra Costa County Water District, Knightsen 4-H, Knightsen Community Services District, Knightsen Firefighters Association, East Contra Costa Historical Society, California Highway Patrol, Reclamation District #2065 (Veal Tract), Byron-Brentwood-Knightsen Cemetery District, Liberty Union High School District, and Assemblywoman Joan Buchanan’s office.
