April 8, 10:50 p.m. On Fairview Avenue at Sand Creek Road, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found in possession of narcotics. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
April 9, 11:04 a.m. An unidentified person used the credit card information of a resident of Wright Way to make purchases on the Internet in the amount of $150.
April 9, 4:21 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Sand Creek Road, a subject involved in a vehicle collision was found to be driving under the influence of a controlled substance. He was arrested and released on a Promise To Appear.
April 9, 5:09 p.m. A vehicle was stolen from the garage of a residence on Compaglia Circle.
April 9, 5:35 p.m. On Sunflower Lane, an unidentified driver backed into a vehicle and fled the scene without providing contact information.
April 9, 9:45 p.m. On Griffith Lane at Central Boulevard, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving on expired registration. The vehicle was stored.
April 10, 3:03 a.m. An unidentified person stole two 18-packs of beer from a business on Lone Tree Way.
April 10, 5:20 a.m. An unidentified driver struck a control box for intersection lights on Brentwood Boulevard at Garin Common Center.
April 10, 5:56 a.m. An unidentified person stole tools from the utility box of a vehicle parked on Trent Place.
April 10, 9:05 a.m. An unidentified person damaged four trees on Balfour Road.
April 10, 9:07 a.m. A vehicle was stolen from the driveway of a residence on Balfour Road.
April 10, 3:05 p.m. A subject caught shoplifting from a business on Lone Tree Way was arrested and released to her mother on a Juvenile Affidavit.
April 10, 5:58 p.m. Two subjects caught stealing a bicycle and scooter from an open garage on Montecito Court were apprehended and taken into custody without incident. The stolen property was located and returned to the owner. The perpetrators were released on Juvenile Affidavits.
April 10, 8:35 p.m. A subject caught loitering on private property on Oak Street was arrested and released on a Promise To Appear.
April 10, 10:58 p.m. An unidentified person smashed the window of a vehicle parked on Sand Creek Road and stole pencils and a pen.
April 11, 12:25 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Oak Street, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to have two outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
April 11, 3:37 p.m. An unidentified person stole 800 feet of copper wire from three light boxes on Foothill Drive at Pearson Avenue.
April 12, 8:06 a.m. On San Jose Avenue, a subject who rear-ended a vehicle was found to be driving under the influence of prescription medication. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
April 12, 2 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard, a subject was found in violation of a child custody agreement.
April 12, 8:05 p.m. Two subjects made a fraudulent return at a business on Lone Tree Way and used a fraudulent check and ID to make an additional purchase. One of the subjects was found in possession of fraudulent checks and driver’s licenses. Both were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
April 12, 10:28 p.m. On Heritage Way, a subject placed under citizen’s arrest for violating a restraining order was also found to be intoxicated. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
April 13, 12:40 p.m. Two subjects caught stealing makeup from a business on Second Street were issued Juvenile Affidavits and released to their parents.
April 14, 12:18 a.m. An unidentified person fired 13 shots at a residence on Cashew Place. The incident is under investigation.
April 14, 11:01 a.m. Three subjects forced entry into a residence on Carter Place and were attempting to steal a TV when police arrived. All three fled on foot, and two were apprehended and taken into custody. Their vehicle was impounded as evidence in another case.
April 14, 2:30 p.m. An unidentified person used the Social Security number of a resident of Homecoming Way to obtain work in Arizona and Texas.
April 14, 3:09 p.m. An unidentified person made unauthorized purchases in Brentwood and Antioch using the credit card number of a resident of Spyglass Drive. Loss: $1,223.79.
April 14, 3:14 p.m. An unidentified person made purchases in Antioch on the stolen debit card of a resident of La Costa Drive. Loss: $432.49.
April 14, 5:25 p.m. On Nancy Street at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for expired vehicle registration was found to be driving on a suspended license. The subject was cited and the vehicle stored.
April 14, 6:29 p.m. On Arch Court at Grant Avenue, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was cited for driving without a license.
April 14, 9:34 p.m. An unidentified person attempted to rob a business on Lone Tree Way, but the store’s employee refused to give the subject any money. The subject fled the premises.
April 14, 10:15 p.m. A subject contacted on Lone Tree Way was found to be on active parole and in possession of a stolen vehicle and glass smoking pipe. A second subject was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Both were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
