April 15, 10:22 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard, two subjects contacted during a traffic stop were found to be too intoxicated to care for themselves. A third subject provided officers with false identity. All were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
April 16, 1:42 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Hanson Lane, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be DUI. A passenger in the vehicle, found to be too intoxicated to care for himself, was in violation of his probation by consuming alcohol. Both were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
April 16, 7:34 p.m. On Sycamore Avenue at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol resisted officers while being placed under arrest. He was taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
April 17, 7:05 a.m. An unidentified person broke into a trailer parked on Mendota Street and stole lawn equipment.
April 17, 11:10 a.m. Two subjects were engaged in a verbal dispute while in the drive-thru of a business on Brentwood Boulevard.
April 17, 3 p.m. A resident of Rutherford Circle conducted an inventory of his coin collection and found coins to be missing.
April 17, 6:30 p.m. On Pine Street at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving on a suspended license. The vehicle was towed.
April 18, 4:32 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Spruce Street, a driver lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle overturned, slid and struck the curb. The driver complained of pain and was examined and released on scene by medical personnel.
April 18, 6:14 a.m. An unidentified person forced entry into a locked office on Brentwood Boulevard and stole a laptop computer.
April 18, 1:30 p.m. A resident of Winding Creek Terrace reported that approximately $4,800 in cash was stolen from his safe.
April 18, 5:15 p.m. On Village Drive, a subject placed under citizen’s arrest for battery was arrested and released on a Promise to Appear.
April 18, 6:08 p.m. On Oak Street at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
April 18, 8:50 p.m. On Third Street, a subject was found in violation of a child custody order.
April 18, 11:49 p.m. On Redhaven Street at Garin Parkway, a subject was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.
April 19, 7:02 a.m. An unidentified person used a brick to smash the window of a truck parked on Cloverleaf Circle.
April 19, 11:17 a.m. An unidentified person used the bank account number of a resident of Picadilly Lane to print and fraudulent checks.
April 19, 4:22 p.m. An unidentified person stole a vehicle parked on Pristine Way. All keys were accounted for.
April 19, 7:01 p.m. On Oak Street at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released on a Notice to Appear. The vehicle was impounded for 30 days.
April 20, 12:30 a.m. On Lone Tree Way, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to have several outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
April 20, 8:05 a.m. While yielding to an emergency vehicle on Fairview Avenue at Balfour Road, a driver mistakenly depressed the accelerator, struck the rear of another vehicle and proceeded to strike a sign and a tree.
April 20, 10:15 a.m. An unidentified person stole a camera from a vehicle parked on Lone Tree Way.
April 20, 4:41 p.m. A purple bicycle was discovered in front of a property on Jericho Court.
April 21, 8:57 a.m. A vehicle parked on Laird Place was towed for registration expired in excess of six months.
April 21, 1:50 p.m. A resident of Wintergreen Drive reported that his neighbor’s dogs had been barking for a long time.
April 21, 8:38 p.m. On Avington Court in Brentwood, two subjects were engaged in a verbal argument over vacation plans.
April 21, 9:37 p.m. A subject contacted on Brentwood Boulevard at Lone Tree Way was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine. A second subject was found to be under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. Both were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
April 22, 9:19 a.m. On Balfour Road at Foothill Road, subjects reported to be acting suspiciously in the area were found in possession of stolen checks. They were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. One of the subjects was found to be on parole.
April 23, 12:26 a.m. On John Muir Parkway at Balfour Road, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest and be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
April 23, 12:36 a.m. At a business on Sand Creek Road, an unidentified person who punched another subject in the head fled the scene with another subject. The two got into a vehicle, pursued by the victim, and the driver deliberately struck the victim with the vehicle. The driver was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
April 23, 7:42 p.m. On Lone Tree Way, a subject contacted during a theft investigation was found to have been involved in a credit fraud scheme. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
April 23, 8:53 p.m. On Sycamore Avenue, two subjects were engaged in an argument over their mother’s social security checks.
April 23, 11:04 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Sims Road, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving on a suspended license and in possession of suspected marijuana.
April 23, 11:40 p.m. A subject contacted on Konig Court was deemed unable to care for himself due to his intoxication level. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
April 24, 6:31 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard, a driver swerved off the roadway and struck a power pole.
