Edna Hill Middle School presents a special Purple Performance of the musical “Grease,” above, on Saturday, May 14 at 7 p.m. The performance will raise money for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.

Tickets are $15 and all proceeds go to the Brentwood Relay for Life. The curtain goes up for “Grease” at the Theatre at Edna Hill, 140 Birch St. in Brentwood. Snacks and water will be available for purchase.

The school hosts a Purple Performance every year to support Relay. Oakley’s Relay, held earlier this month, raised more than $100,000. Brentwood’s event is scheduled for June 11 and 12 at the Liberty High School track. So far, 429 participants on 59 teams have raised more than $44,000 for the Brentwood event.
