During the service of the probation search, two subjects in addition to Wilson were found in or near the open garage: 21-year-old Antioch resident Leroy Graham and 28-year-old Antioch resident Adam Carpenter, who brandished a handgun at SWAT officers but was subdued without incident. Carpenter was also found in possession of rock cocaine for sale.
Marijuana and evidence of marijuana sales were also located. The subjects were booked into the Martinez Detention Facility. Carpenter was charged with possession of cocaine for sale, possession of marijuana for sale, possession of a controlled substance while armed with firearm, prohibited possession of a concealable firearm, and probation violation. Wilson was charged with possession of cocaine for sale, possession of marijuana for sale, and probation violation. Graham was charged with possession of cocaine for sale, and possession of marijuana for sale.

May 17, 10:33 a.m. Officers of the Antioch Police Department responded to the report of suspicious subjects in the area of Arbol Court. Upon arrival, officers observed the subjects fleeing in a vehicle down Silverado Drive. The vehicle was located a short time later, abandoned on Grimsby Drive.
As officers were searching the neighborhood for the suspects, they discovered that the residence at 2436 Silverado Drive had been burglarized and that the vehicle that had fled the area contained property from the burglary. An extensive area check was performed, and one of the suspects, 25-year-old Richmond resident Rodney Lewis, was found hiding in the backyard of a home in the area and was taken into custody.
Another subject, 21-year-old Richmond resident Eric Wilson, was later found attempting to leave the area in a vehicle and was stopped by detectives. A third subject, 23-year-old Richmond resident Darryl Lewis, was also observed attempting to leave the neighborhood in a vehicle along with 21-year-old Richmond resident Wanisha Hall and 20-year-old Richmond resident Tashanique Brown. The three were detained by detectives.
Rodney Lewis, Darryl Lewis and Wilson were all positively identified by witnesses as suspects in the burglary. They were arrested and sent to County Jail on charges of residential burglary. Wanisha Hall and Tashanique Brown were found to be aiding in the escape of these suspects and were arrested as accessories. They were also sent to County Jail.
