May 14, 3:51 p.m. At a park on Buena Vista Lane at Fairview Drive, a resident found mail belonging to several Discovery Bay residents. The case is under investigation.

When he was apprehended, he refused to take both a breath test and blood test. A forced blood draw was completed and a sample obtained. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
