June 2, 11:16 p.m. Officers forced entry into a residence on Bighorn Terrace in response to the report of a fight at a large party. All involved parties fled and the building was secured.
June 3, 1:03 a.m. A driver fell asleep at the wheel on Garin Parkway at Vivian Street and struck a tree.
June 3, 4:16 p.m. A bicycle left unattended and unsecured on Sand Creek Road was stolen.

June 3, 7:52 p.m. A resident of Torrey Pines Drive reported receiving harassing voice messages on her phone.
June 4, 12:10 a.m. On Carter Place, the victim of a stabbing suffered a lacerated spleen and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. The assailant was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
June 4, 1:45 a.m. On Sand Creek Road, a subject who resisted officers’ attempt to conduct the investigation of a fight was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
June 4, 11:59 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Grant Street, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving on a license suspended for DUI. He was arrested and released on a Notice To Appear.
June 4, 5:46 p.m. Two subjects engaged in a fight on Lone Tree Way placed each other under citizen’s arrest for battery. Both were arrested and released on a Promise To Appear.
June 5, 1:40 a.m. On Trailside Drive at Trail Court, two subjects were arrested for public intoxication following a large street fight.
June 5, 4:03 p.m. A subject parked in the driveway of a residence on Chestnut Street at Birchwood without engaging the parking brake. The vehicle rolled down the driveway and struck a municipal back flow/water main device.
June 5, 4:08 p.m. An unidentified person stole the starter from the motor of a tractor parked on Randy Way.
June 6, 1:17 a.m. On Technology Way at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be on probation and in possession of suspected methamphetamine.
June 6, Noon A diaper bag, purse and iPod were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked on West Country Club Drive. Estimated loss: $540.
June 6, 12:34 p.m. On Third Street, a subject was found in violation of a custody order by failing to bring his daughter to a visitation.
June 6, 2:11 p.m. An unidentified male forced entry into a residence on Saint Andrews Drive through the exterior garage door and then though the interior door. The intruder saw the resident in the living room and fled out the front door.
June 6, 5:10 p.m. On Demartini Lane, two subjects were engaged in an argument over cigarettes.
June 6, 10:35 p.m. On Homecoming Way, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found in possession of 5.5 grams of methamphetamine and a digital scale concealed in different locations within the vehicle’s interior trim. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
June 7, 4:11 a.m. A subject contacted during a verbal dispute on Brentwood Boulevard was found in possession of suspected anabolic steroids. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
June 7, 12:54 p.m. A resident of Creektrail Court turned over a taser for destruction at police headquarters.
June 7, 6:10 p.m. A subject caught shoplifting at a business on Sand Creek Road was found to have a non-citable warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and taken to Juvenile Hall.

June 8, 1:50 p.m. A subject caught stealing groceries from a business on Sand Creek Road was arrested and released on a Promise To Appear.
June 8, 1:54 p.m. A resident of White Hall Lane sent several money transfers after being told she had won a cash prize.
June 8, 4:26 p.m. An unidentified person stole a purse from a shopping cart at a business on Lone Tree Way.
June 8, 11:30 p.m. On Lone Tree Way, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be on probation, driving on a suspended license, in possession of burglary tools, false tabs and a false license plate. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
June 9, 6:55 a.m. A resident of Holsapple Way observed a subject enter her backyard by jumping over a fence and proceed to look at her through her bedroom windows. The subject was apprehended following an area search, positively identified by the victim, arrested and taken to Juvenile Hall.
June 9, 12:05 p.m. A resident of Fairview Avenue reported receiving numerous hang-up phone calls from a blocked number.
June 9, 6:53 p.m. A subject reported to have caused a disturbance in a business on Lone Tree Way was found to be intoxicated and unable to care for his safety. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
