Oakley residents Nicholas and Jessica Hicks are proud to announce the birth of their beautiful baby boy, Kevin Chase Hicks, born on April 28, 2011 at 2:39 a.m. He weighed in at 8 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 21 inches.
