Volunteers interested in a rewarding opportunity are needed to read to children 3-5 at preschool centers in Concord, Pittsburg and West Contra Costa County.

Volunteers must attend one four-hour training session offered by the Contra Costa County Library in Concord, Pittsburg or San Pablo. Books and resources will be supplied by the library.

For additional information, call Maureen Kilmurray at 925-927-3288.
