Aug. 2, 11:56 a.m. On Pajarito Court, an unidentified driver knocked over a speed bump warning sign.

Aug. 3, 8:32 p.m. A subject entered a business on Balfour Road after being advised that he was no longer allowed inside the business. He was arrested and released from the scene on a Promise To Appear.

Aug. 3, 10:30 p.m. A resident of Sand Creek Road reported that another subject was contacting her in violation of a restraining order.

Aug. 4, 12:01 p.m. An unidentified person stole 23 pairs of jeans from a business on Sand Creek Road.

Aug. 4, 12:01 p.m. Two drivers collided in a parking lot on Brentwood Boulevard at Nancy Street. One driver was transported to a local hospital for medical attention. The other was found to be driving without a license. He was cited and his vehicle was stored.

Aug. 4, 1:31 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard, two unidentified persons coerced a subject into surrendering a large amount of money in return for profits from a lottery ticket falsely described as a winning ticket.

Aug. 4, 2:29 p.m. An unidentified person entered a business on Balfour Road and stole another customer’s unattended backpack.

Aug. 4, 3:44 p.m. An unidentified person entered the master bedroom window of a residence on Sage Sparrow Street and stole numerous items. Estimated loss: $16,000.

Aug. 4, 4:20 p.m. On Thomas Road, two subjects placed each other under citizen’s arrest for court-order violations. Both were released from the scene.

Aug. 4, 9:02 p.m. A subject who stole merchandise from a business on Lone Tree Way exited through an emergency door and fled in a vehicle. He was located, arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Aug. 4, 10:51 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Lone Tree Way, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving on a suspended license. She was cited and the vehicle was towed.

Aug. 5, 2:48 p.m. An unidentified person smashed the driver’s window of a vehicle parked on Sand Creek Road and stole a camera, a jewelry bag containing three pairs of earrings, and $85 in cash.

Aug. 5, 4:55 p.m. An abandoned vehicle parked on Sweetbriar Court was towed.

Aug. 5, 7:39 p.m. Unidentified subjects forced entry into a residence on Belmont Court in order to steal appliances. When discovered, they fled the scene but were located and apprehended. One was taken to the Martinez Detention Facility; the other to Juvenile Hall.

Aug. 5, 11:14 p.m. An unidentified person kicked the front door of a residence on Iron Club Drive several times. The resident turned on interior lights and the subject fled the scene. No entry was made.

Aug. 6, 5:59 a.m. Two vehicles were towed from First Street for occupying a no-parking zone for the Farmers’ Market.

Aug. 6, 11 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Lone Tree Way, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving on a license suspended for DUI-related offenses.

Aug. 6, 11:11 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Homecoming Way, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. It was also discovered that he was a convicted felon and in possession of a loaded zip gun and ammunition. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Aug. 6, 6:57 p.m. On Balfour Road at Summerset Drive, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found in possession of illegal mushrooms for sale.

Aug. 6, 8:53 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, provided a false name and had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Aug. 7, 1:15 a.m. On Midway Alley at Pine Street, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Aug. 7, 10:15 a.m. An unidentified person entered a vehicle parked on Madrone Place and stole a purse and stereo system.

Aug. 7, 2:24 p.m. On Ellen Lane, two subjects were involved in a heated argument regarding marital problems.

Aug. 7, 3:09 p.m. A subject caught shoplifting at a business on Lone Tree Way was found to be on probation for prior shoplifting convictions. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
