Stepping in as branch manager is Linda LaGrasso, who brings her passion for helping families with their mortgage needs. A native of the Brentwood area, LaGrasso is highly skilled with FHA, HomePath, Rehab and Conventional loans. She takes pride in her excellent client-communication skills, ability to maintain high-trust relationships, and aims to make the Brentwood branch the source for East County residents’ mortgage loan needs.

Mortgage Advisor Kathy Mertens, who has worked in real estate since 1990, joins the new Brentwood branch. She is the in-house lender for the Brentwood and Discovery Bay Intero Realty offices. With 22 years of experience, Mertens is a tremendous asset for Brentwood’s real estate community.

The grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Brentwood office, located at 813 First St., was held Thursday, Aug. 25. Performed by Brentwood Mayor Bob Taylor, the ribbon cutting was attended by members of the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce.
