Deer Valley High graduate and Troop 450 Eagle Scout Daniel Matthew Pho, son of Kit and Shelley Pho, is taking his skills from Scouting and heading up to Washington State University to continue his studies. A Scout for 12 years, Daniel has earned 100 nights camping, was Den Chief, earned 30 merit badges, is a member of the Order of the Arrow, and has participated in many service and Eagle projects for his community. He has enjoyed eight years at Camp Wente, this year completing the Trail of Legends, which includes leaving his “marker” at the camp. He was recently honored by Chichibu Park in Antioch for building six benches for the Deer Valley High School tennis courts.
