Sept. 13, 12:03 p.m. On the Highway 4 Bypass at Sand Creek Road, an unidentified driver struck another vehicle and provided information on insurance that had expired.

Sept. 13, 2 p.m. On Marsh Creek Road at Walnut Boulevard, a subject stopped for expired vehicle registration was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest and be driving on a suspended license. He was arrested and released on a Promise To Appear. The vehicle was stored.

Sept. 13, 2:39 p.m. A resident of Vignola Court reported seeing subjects in her backyard near a sliding glass door. The subjects fled prior to police arrival.

Sept. 13, 3:41 p.m. A subject contacted regarding a theft from a business on Second Street was found in possession of a concealed and loaded firearm.

Sept. 13, 10:07 p.m. An unregistered motorcycle was found in the bushes of a residence on Peach Willow Drive.

Sept. 13, 10:13 p.m. On O’Hara Avenue, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving without a license.

Sept. 14, 5:41 a.m. An unidentified person forced entry into a business on First Street and stole a safe containing approximately $6,000 in cash.

Sept. 14, 5:51 a.m. An unidentified person broke the window of a business on First Street, stole liquor and cash, and ransacked the premises.

Sept. 14, 6:27 a.m. An unidentified person stole a cell phone from an unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence on Buckingham Drive.

Sept. 14, 8:38 a.m. An unidentified person stole the catalytic converter from a vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence on Summerwood Drive. Estimated loss: $300.

Sept. 14, 11:04 a.m. An unidentified person made several purchases on eBay using the bank information of a resident of Balfour Road. Estimated loss: $878.

Sept. 14, 11:41 a.m. A runaway juvenile was located in a park on Claremont Drive at Crescent Drive and returned to his mother.

Sept. 14, 12:02 p.m. On Lone Tree Way, a subject struck another subject with a brick after an argument over a food order. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Sept. 14, 4 p.m. A driver failed to observe a stop sign at the intersection of Regis Avenue and Capilano Drive and sideswiped another vehicle. A pedestrian was knocked to the ground and transported to Oakland Children’s Hospital for medical attention.

Sept. 14, 4:20 p.m. A resident of Peachwillow Court reported seeing a U-Haul truck in front of her home. When she returned, she found that items were missing from her backyard. The house is on the market for a short sale.

Sept. 14, 6:35 p.m. On Balfour Road at McViking Way, a driver who braked suddenly was rear-ended by another vehicle.

Sept. 14, 7:36 p.m. A resident of Country Glen Lane reported that her rear license plate was lost or stolen.

Sept. 15, 12:23 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Sycamore Avenue, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. A passenger in the vehicle was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Both were arrested.

Sept. 15, 9:29 a.m. On Chestnut Street at Diablo Way, a subject was followed by an unidentified person while walking to school. The person asked her several times for her name. He was last seen running northbound on Diablo Way from Chestnut Street. Students were supplied with flyers to take home and inform their parents of the incident.

Sept. 15, 11:18 a.m. On Minnesota Avenue, a subject found in possession of marijuana on school grounds was arrested and released on a Juvenile Affidavit.

Sept. 15, 12:29 p.m. A driver stopped at a red light at the intersection of O’Hara Avenue and Adams Lane accidentally stepped on the accelerator and collided with another vehicle.

Sept. 15, 12:50 p.m. An unidentified driver struck another vehicle and fled the scene without exchanging information.

Sept. 15, 2:30 p.m. A subject contacted on Walnut Boulevard at Dainty Avenue was found in possession of 72 grams of marijuana. He was arrested and booked at police headquarters.

Sept. 15, 4:15 p.m. A four-vehicle collision occurred on Balfour Road at Fairview Avenue. No injuries were reported.

Sept. 15, 5:24 p.m. At a school on Second Street, a subject pushed another subject after refusing to obey instructions. He was arrested and released on a Juvenile Affidavit.

Sept. 15, 6:03 p.m. A parolee at large apprehended on Brentwood Boulevard was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Sept. 15, 6:30 p.m. An unidentified person shattered the front passenger window of a vehicle parked on Lone Tree Way and stole a black bag containing papers.

Sept. 15, 8:46 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Chestnut Street, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
