East Bay Regional Park District naturalist Mike Moran will discuss the splendors of autumn at REI Brentwood on Thursday, Sept. 29 at 7 p.m. He will take guests on a digital tour of East Bay trails perfect for viewing the hallmarks of the season. Come experience fall colors, both subtle and bold, at the spectacular ridge tops and deep valleys of Carquinez Regional Shoreline and Crockett Hills Regional Preserve, walk the beautiful oak woodlands of Round Valley, look for tarantulas in Mount Diablo State Park, and explore the fascinating geologic features of Vasco Caves Regional Preserve.

Moran will teach guests about the great bird migration and show his favorite birding strolls at Bay Point and Big Break Regional Shorelines along the Delta, as well as further inland at The Nature Conservancy's Cosumnes River Preserve.

REI Brentwood is located in The Streets of Brentwood lifestyle center, 2475 Sand Creek Road. For more information, visit www.rei.com/brentwoodca.
