Sept. 16, 8:10 p.m. On Balfour Road at Walnut Boulevard, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Sept. 16, 6:46 p.m. On Sunset Road at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving on a suspended license for DUI. He was arrested and released on a Notice To Appear.
Sept. 17, 5:47 a.m. A vehicle was towed from a no-parking zone on First Street.
Sept. 17, 7:11 a.m. A resident of Amanda Circle received numerous annoying and harassing phone calls from an unidentified person.
Sept. 17, 11:40 p.m. A vehicle spilled diesel fuel onto Brentwood Boulevard at Broderick Drive. Public Works cleaned up the spill.
Sept. 17, 3:51 p.m. An unidentified person entered a business on Brentwood Boulevard and simulated a firearm in his sweatshirt. After ordering an employee to move to a back room, the subject proceeded to steal property from the business.
Sept. 17, 5:20 p.m. A subject fell from the play structure of a park on Adams Lane and was transported to a local hospital.
Sept. 17, 6:17 p.m. An unidentified person attempted to gain entry into a residence on Guise Way through a window.
Sept. 17, 7:22 p.m. On Allbrook Court, a married couple was engaged in a loud verbal argument.
Sept. 17, 8:21 p.m. On Balfour Road, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine and GHB (Xyrem). He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Sept. 17, 10:33 p.m. A subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be DUI. A passenger in the vehicle was found in possession of a concealed dangerous weapon and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The driver was arrested and released on a Juvenile Affidavit. The passenger was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Sept. 18, 12:41 a.m. A subject contacted on Orchard Drive at McClarren Road ARR was contacted and possessed suspected methamphetamine. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Sept. 18, 12:52 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Elm Street, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found in possession of suspected marijuana. He was arrested and released to a parent on a Juvenile Affidavit.
Sept. 18, 1 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Sand Creek Road, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol and on probation for DUI. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Sept. 18, 1:16 a.m. At a business on Brentwood Boulevard, an unidentified person struck another person with a drinking glass following a verbal altercation. The assailant fled prior to the arrival of police, and the victim was transported to a local hospital.
Sept. 18, 3:20 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Applewood Commons, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Sept. 18, 3:27 a.m. On Second Street at Central Boulevard, an unidentified driver struck the passenger side of another vehicle, causing moderate damage, and fled without providing contact information.
Sept. 18, 3:01 p.m. An unidentified person broke the window of a business on Brentwood Boulevard.
Sept. 18, 4:50 p.m. A subject contacted on Sunrise Drive was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Sept. 18, 4:53 p.m. On Sand Creek Road, an unidentified person used obscene language and threatened to inflict injury on another person.
Sept. 18, 9:43 p.m. A vehicle stolen on Broderick Drive earlier in the day was recovered.
Sept. 19, 7:50 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Birch Street, a driver struck a power cable, causing it to become dislodged from its pole. A portion of the cable struck another vehicle.
Sept. 19, 11:27 a.m. A driver lost consciousness on Sand Creek Road at the Highway 4 Bypass and struck two vehicles, one of which rear-ended another vehicle.
Sept. 19, 12:27 p.m. An unidentified person smashed the rear window of a vehicle parked on Essex Drive and stole stereo speakers.
Sept. 19, 1 p.m. A driver struck a fire hydrant and tree in the front yard of a residence on Spyglass Drive, causing damage to the tree. The driver fled the scene but was apprehended and found to be driving without a license. He was arrested and released to his parents.
Sept. 19, 4:59 p.m. On Central Boulevard at Second Street, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found in possession of a loaded .22 caliber revolver and an unopened hypodermic syringe. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Sept. 19, 6:28 p.m. An unidentified person stole the navigation system from a vehicle parked on Tachella Way.
Sept. 20, 9:30 a.m. An unidentified person stole the stereo faceplate from a van parked on Rockwell Street and ransacked another vehicle. No signs of forced entry were found. Estimated loss: $500.
Sept. 20, 3:26 p.m. On Mountain View Drive, two subjects in the process of a divorce were engaged in a dispute over library books.
Sept. 20, 11:40 p.m. A subject contacted on Brentwood Boulevard was found to have an outstanding no bail warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
