Oct. 6, 1:23 a.m. and 12:33 p.m. On Lone Tree Way at Shady Willow Lane, and on Second Street at Oak Street, subjects stopped for vehicle code violations were found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. They were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Oct. 6, 1:55 a.m. A subject contacted in the parking lot of a business on Central Boulevard was found to be intoxicated, in violation of his probation. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Oct. 6, 2:14 a.m. Two subjects were caught entering the classroom of a school on Minnesota Avenue through an open window. One of the subjects was found in possession of a knife. Both were arrested and released to parents on Juvenile Affidavits.
Oct. 6, 7:24 a.m. On Lone Tree Way at Emerald Bay Drive, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving without a license and with an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Oct. 6, 12:43 p.m. A three-vehicle rear-end collision occurred on the Highway 4 Bypass at Sand Creek Road.
Oct. 6, 4:30 p.m. A driver struck a sign post on O’Hara Avenue at Sand Creek Road, causing minor damage.
Oct. 6, 5:15 p.m. A subject assaulted another subject and damaged two windows and other property at a residence on Anderson Avenue. The assailant was found to be intoxicated and on misdemeanor probation. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Oct. 6, 7:17 p.m. An unidentified person attempted to pass a counterfeit $100 bill at a business on Lone Tree Way.
Oct. 6, 10:02 p.m. Delta Road at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Oct. 6, 11:42 p.m. On Mill Creek Way, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine and stolen property. He and his passenger were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Oct. 7, 8:24 a.m. An unidentified person entered the unlocked garage of a residence on Hallmark Way and stole property from an unlocked vehicle.
Oct. 7, 11:36 a.m. A subject who tripped over a curb on Oak Street, breaking his arm, was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Oct. 7, 3:15 p.m. An unidentified person used the bank account number of a resident of O’Hara Avenue to forge and cash a check.
Oct. 8, 12:01 a.m. On Garin Parkway at Spruce Street, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving on a license suspended for DUI. He was arrested and released on Promise To Appear.
Oct. 8, 1 a.m. On Walnut Boulevard at Dainty Avenue, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to have multiple outstanding warrants for his arrest and was in possession of a dagger. A passenger was found to be under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. Both were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Oct. 8, 11:22 p.m. An unidentified person fired three shots during an altercation on O’Hara Avenue.
Oct. 9, 1 a.m. A subject punched and bit another subject during an altercation on Oak Street. A third subject pushed the victim into a glass display case, causing it to shatter. Both assailants were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Oct. 9, 5:06 a.m. A vehicle on Atherton Boulevard at Falcon Court was reported as suspicious, and when stopped, its driver was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.
Oct. 9, 6:40 a.m. On Pheasant Run Terrace, two subjects were engaged in an argument over a dog.
Oct. 9, 11:58 p.m. A subject contacted during a pedestrian stop on Shady Willow Lane was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in violation of his probation. He was arrested and released on a Promise To Appear.
Oct. 10, 4:26 a.m. Three unidentified persons entered a business on Lone Tree Way armed with a semi-auto handgun, stole cash and other items, and fled in a vehicle prior to the arrival of police.
Oct. 10, 7 a.m. A subject taken into custody as he was released from San Quentin State Prison was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility and booked on an outstanding warrant.
Oct. 10, 8:51 a.m. A subject borrowed a vehicle from a resident of Shasta Daisy Drive and failed to return it.
Oct. 10, 11:15 a.m. An unidentified driver struck another vehicle on Richdale Court and fled without providing contact information.
Oct. 10, 5:30 p.m. An unidentified person broke the driver’s side window of a vehicle parked on Lone Tree Way and stole a cell phone. Estimated loss: $500.
Oct. 10, 6:21 p.m. A subject who stole merchandise valued at $274.92 from a business on Balfour Road was arrested and released on a Promise To Appear.
Oct. 10, 7:46 p.m. A subject entered an apartment on Village Drive and demanded money from the occupant. The subject later attempted to rob another victim. He was apprehended, arrested and transported to Juvenile Hall.
Oct. 10, 10:36 p.m. On Lone Tree Way at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be displaying false license plate tabs. He was cited and released on a Notice To Appear. The vehicle was stored.
Oct. 11, 12:39 p.m. An unidentified person used a BB gun to damage a vehicle and the windows of a house under construction on Baldina Drive at O’Hara Avenue.
Oct. 11, 1:21 p.m. A vehicle parked on Carter Place was towed for displaying registration expired for more than six months.
Oct. 11, 3:45 p.m. A resident of Chamomile Lane was advised that her Social Security number was being used by an unidentified person in Stanislaus County.
Oct. 11, 8:10 p.m. On Sand Creek Road, a subject was arrested for making contact with another subject in violation of a domestic-violence restraining order.
