Janet Davis Trum, 55, entered into rest on Oct. 31, 2011. Trum was born in Frankfurt, Germany and lived in Augusta, Ga. since 1960. She was a former employee of the Columbia County Board of Education, a registered clinical dietician for 10 years and a Para Pro for Westmont Elementary.

Family members include sons Jonathan Ryan Trum of Augusta and Nicholas Alexander Trum and David Trum of Brentwood; mother Fran Davis of Augusta; brother Alfred Davis (Mellisa) of Beech Island, S.C.; nephews David Davis (Annette) of Oxnard, Calif. and Sean Davis (Rhonda) of North Augusta, S.C.; and niece Jennifer Davis of Grovetown, Ga.

Funeral services, held Nov. 5, were officiated by Rev. Frank Hyder at the chapel of Thomas Poteet and Son. In lieu of flowers, the family will accept donations to the children’s education fund. Friends may call upon the family at the residence of her niece, Jennifer, at 742 Herrington Drive, Grovetown, Ga.
