Nov. 2, 8:19 p.m. On Fairview Avenue at Grant Street, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was cited for driving without a license.
Nov. 2, 8:42 p.m. On Wheatfield Court at Amberleaf Way, unidentified persons battered another person when she confronted them about dropping trash on the ground. The subjects fled in a vehicle.
Nov. 2, 11:39 p.m. On Balfour Road at Walnut Boulevard, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was cited for driving on a suspended license.
Nov. 3, 11:02 a.m. An unidentified person vandalized vehicles parked on Harvest Park Drive.
Nov. 3, 1:15 p.m. An unidentified person attempted to obtain a loan using the personal information of a resident of York Court.
Nov. 3, 3:10 p.m. Fraudulent activity was reported to be occurring at a residence on Lawrence Lane.
Nov. 3, 5:15 p.m. A three-vehicle rear-end collision occurred the Highway 4 Bypass at Sand Creek Road.
Nov. 3, 5:30 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Spruce Street, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was cited for driving on a suspended license.
Nov. 3, 6:52 p.m. A subject contacted on Lone Tree Way was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Nov. 3, 7:15 p.m. On Thicket Place, two subjects were involved in a verbal dispute.
Nov. 3, 11:35 p.m. On McViking Way at Balfour Road, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Nov. 4, 12:29 p.m. A driver struck the rear fence of a residence on Waterville Drive at Lenzie Court. His vehicle came to rest against the house.
Nov. 4, 2:26 p.m. A subject found lying on the sidewalk on Central Boulevard at Second Street was found to be intoxicated and unable to care for his safety. He was arrested and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Nov. 4, 4:22 p.m. A driver struck a vehicle parked on Oak Street at First Street.
Nov. 5, 12:08 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard, a subject reported to be an unwanted guest was found to be on three counts of active court probation and was consuming alcohol in violation of those probations. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Nov. 5, 2:50 p.m. Two subjects were arrested for stealing merchandise from a business on Lone Tree Way.
Nov. 5, 3:31 p.m. A subject was advised to leave after bringing a service dog into a business on Brentwood Boulevard.
Nov. 5, 4:24 p.m. An unidentified person stole merchandise from a business on Sand Creek Road. Estimated loss: $280.
Nov. 5, 5:17 p.m. An unidentified person who entered an unlocked vehicle parked on Eaglerock Way fled when confronted. Nothing was taken from the vehicle.
Nov. 5, 10:35 p.m. On Shady Willow Lane at Amber Lane, a subject observed driving recklessly attempted to escape police pursuit. He was apprehended and placed under arrest.
Nov. 6, 1:35 a.m. On Sand Creek Road, a subject placed under citizen’s arrest for battery was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Nov. 6, 1:38 p.m. On Wexford Way, a subject contacted due to an outstanding warrant was arrested for possession of suspected methamphetamine.
Nov. 6, 5:49 p.m. A subject contacted on Brentwood Boulevard was found in possession of methamphetamine. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Nov. 6, 10:45 p.m. A subject contacted on Southwood Drive was found in possession of methamphetamine. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Nov. 7, 6:57 a.m. An unidentified person stole the rear license plate of a vehicle parked on Second Street.
Nov. 7, 8:01 a.m. An unidentified person stole jewelry from the garage of a residence on Yardley Place.
Nov. 7, 12:37 p.m. An unidentified person used the Social Security information of a resident of Woodside Court to file a 2010 federal tax return.
Nov. 7, 1:10 p.m. A subject contacted regarding a disturbance at a residence on Orchard Drive was found to be intoxicated and unable to care for herself. She was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Nov. 7, 9:09 p.m. An unidentified person made multiple harassing phone calls to a resident of Vivian Street.
Nov. 8, 2:29 a.m. On Vivian Street, a subject was stabbed by an unidentified person and sustained two half-inch lacerations to his left forearm. The victim refused medical attention.
Nov. 8, 10:59 a.m. An unidentified subject was observed removing outgoing mail from the mailbox of a residence on Widerose Way. The subject fled in a vehicle prior to police arrival.
Nov. 8, 11:40 a.m. Two subjects were confronted by a resident during a burglary on Fiorita Way. One of the subjects was shot by the resident and transported to a hospital. The other subject fled the scene.
Nov. 8, 9:03 p.m. A subject contacted in a park on Balfour Road was found in possession of marijuana and in violation of the Brentwood curfew code. He was arrested and released to a parent.
Nov. 8, 9:05 p.m. On Roper Circle at Rampart Way, a subject contacted regarding a suspicious circumstance was found in violation of the Brentwood curfew code. He was arrested and released to a parent.
