Your article about citizens’ suggestions for the improvement of Brentwood was very interesting. I particularly enjoyed Joey Tipton’s suggestion that the palm trees and the monstrosity be bull-dozed. That way we could have our park again.

I find it interesting that Joey refers to the thing occupying what used to be our park as a monstrosity. I have heard that title from a lot of people. Could we all be thinking the same thing? I wonder what would have happened if we would have been allowed to vote on that project.
