Resurrection Lutheran Ministries became the Great Hall in the castle of the imagination as the cast of the Madrigal Dinner enchanted audiences last December. Guests journeyed in spirit and fancy to Renaissance England, feasting on a dinner catered by Brentwood Fine Meats. Bread pudding was supplied by Black Bear Diner and entertainment by the Madrigal singers, musicians, players and dancers. Proceeds from the event, which were matched by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, benefited Brentwood’s A Place of Learning Tutoring, Shepherd’s Gate Women’s Shelter and the Liberty High School District Music Program.
