U.S. Army Private Second Class Brendan Walker, a 2011 graduate of Heritage High School, is starting the second phase of his AIT training for EOD (explosive ordnance disposal) at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida.

Brendan completed his basic training at Ft. Leonard Wood in Missouri and the first part of his AIT training at Ft. Lee in Virginia. His parents are Greg and Jeryl Walker and his sisters are Kiersten and Kaleigh Walker. His family and friends are very proud of him.
