Set in 1959, the show begins with the final scene of the show-within-the-show, “Robbin’ Hood of the Old West,” in which an obnoxious and untalented star actor is murdered.
The cast and crew is at a loss for how to save their show (and lives), but Detective Cioffi of the Greater Boston Police saves the day – and finds love in the process.
