Feb. 6, 10:52 a.m. On Walnut Boulevard, a driver accidentally depressed the accelerator of instead of the brake while reaching for a beverage and struck a mobile home.

Feb. 7, 8:45 p.m. A business on Sand Creek Road was robbed at gunpoint by two unidentified subjects.

Feb. 7, 10:52 p.m. On Broderick Drive, two subjects were engaged in a dispute over wages.

Feb. 8, 12:56 a.m. A subject discovered lying on the ground on Brentwood Boulevard at Second Street was found to be under the influence of alcohol and drugs. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 8, 9:01 a.m. The personal information of a resident of Fieldstone Court was used to open an online account.

Feb. 8, 11:02 a.m. An unidentified person stole both passenger side windows and the radio from a vehicle parked on Randy Way.

Feb. 8, 5:10 p.m. A resident of Rocky Creek Trail reported that a subject identified herself as a DEA agent over the phone and told her she had a warrant for her arrest. The incident was discovered to be related to an extortion ring the DEA is currently investigating.

Feb. 8, 8:30 p.m. A subject found in possession of unpaid merchandise from a business on Balfour Road admitted to entering the business with the intent to steal. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 8, 10:19 p.m. A subject contacted on Village Drive at Brentwood Boulevard was found in possession of suspected narcotics. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 9, 10:57 a.m. On Birch Street, a subject found in possession of a knife on school grounds was arrested and released on a Juvenile Affidavit.

Feb. 9, 12:57 p.m. A subject turned in prescription medications for destruction at police headquarters.

Feb. 9, 6:41 p.m. On Lone Tree Way at Shady Willow Lane, a driver rear-ended another vehicle. Neither vehicle was damaged, but the second driver complained of neck pain.

Feb. 9, 4:58 p.m. A vehicle was towed from Mountainview Drive for displaying registration expired in excess of six months.

Feb. 10, 10:59 a.m. An unidentified person entered a business on Lone Tree Way and stole a laptop computer. The loss was valued at $399.99.

Feb. 10, 2:11 p.m. On Lone Tree Way at Brentwood Boulevard, an unidentified driver struck a pole and fled prior to police arrival.

Feb. 10, 6:55 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Sycamore Avenue, an unidentified driver struck another vehicle and fled without exchanging information.

Feb. 10, 10:11 p.m. On Sand Creek Road, an unidentified person punched another subject, knocking him to the ground.

Feb. 11, 3:22 a.m. A subject who damaged the front door of a residence on Moreau Way during an argument was placed under citizen’s arrest and a parole hold. He was then arrested by Brentwood police and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 11, 8:59 a.m. On Highland Way at Mill Creek Way, a driver fell asleep, lost control of his vehicle and struck a fence. The vehicle, which sustained major front-end damage, was towed from the scene.

Feb. 11, 5 p.m. A subject contacted on Stonewood Drive at San Jose Drive was found in possession of concentrated cannabis and Robitussin. He was arrested and released to his guardian on a Juvenile Affidavit.

Feb. 11, 6 p.m. At a business on Lone Tree Way, a subject caught embezzling money from his employer was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 11, 6:18 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Havenwood Avenue, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 11, 10:23 p.m. A resident of Crescent Drive reported receiving annoying phone calls from a blocked phone number.

Feb. 11, 11:53 p.m. A subject contacted on Birch Street was found in possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 12, 12:23 p.m. An unidentified person drove a vehicle around barricades on Vineyard Parkway, causing damage to landscaping and irrigation equipment.

Feb. 12, 2:53 a.m. On Fairview Avenue at San Jose Avenue, a vehicle parked in a no-parking zone and blocking the roadway was towed.

Feb. 12, 11:33 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard, a driver lost control of his vehicle, collided with another vehicle and struck a pedestrian, who sustained a minor injury to his hand. The driver, who was found to be under the influence of alcohol, was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 12, 1:07 p.m. At a business on Lone Tree Way, a subject who attempted to pay for merchandise using a counterfeit 20-dollar bill fled from the business when the cashier told him the bill was counterfeit.

Feb. 12, 10:11 p.m. A subject contacted on Balfour Road was found to be under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
