Jessica SchIavone dazzles the crowd at the recent Fashion Circus held at Mutiny Bar in downtown Antioch. The event was hosted by Wild Orchid Salon, whose owner, Lori Lopez, created the colorful hairstyle, while makeup artist Chris Bustos designed the circus-themed look. Lopez and Bustos created several fantasy designs for the show, which promoted high fashion in East County.
