Community Services District President Chris Steele presents Aimee Huebner of Discovery Bay Brownie Troop 31641 with a proclamation marking the 100th anniversary of the Girl Scouts of America.

Troops 31510 and 30103 were also on hand to accept the honor at the town’s recent CSD meeting. Steele thanked the girls for their hard work on behalf of the community – and their delicious cookies.
