Feb. 22, 5:18 p.m. Two subjects were arrested for attempting to pass stolen checks at a business on Lone Tree Way.

Feb. 22, 6:35 p.m. On O’Hara Avenue at Sand Creek Road, a subject stopped for expired registration was found to be driving on an expired license. The driver was cited and the vehicle was stored.

Feb. 22, 8:18 p.m. An unidentified driver struck a vehicle parked on Elm Street at Brentwood Boulevard and fled the scene without leaving contact information.

Feb. 22, 10:59 p.m. On Lone Tree Way at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving on a license suspended for DUI. He was arrested and released on Notice To Appear. The vehicle was towed.

Feb. 23, 12:19 a.m. A subject found in possession of property stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked on Picadilly Lane was arrested and released on a Promise To Appear.

Feb. 23, 10:41 a.m. An abandoned trailer parked on Iris Court was towed and stored.

Feb. 23, 3:41 p.m. Two subjects were bitten by unattended dogs on Tamalpais Court. Animal Control responded.

Feb. 23, 4:15 p.m. An unidentified person used the personal information of a resident of Dunedin Drive to open a credit card account in Southern California.

Feb. 23, 5:39 p.m. Three subjects observed setting fire to a grassy hill on Sunset Road at Brentwood Boulevard fled the scene but were apprehended. One of the subjects was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. The other two were arrested and released on Juvenile Affidavits.

Feb. 23, 5:58 p.m. A subject contacted on Lone Tree Way was found in possession of controlled substances and an expandable baton. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 24, 1:10 a.m. On Chestnut Street at Birchwood Road, a driver collided with another vehicle and fled the scene on foot. He was apprehended and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 24, 11 a.m. An unidentified person attempted to pry open the side door of a business on Lone Tree Way.

Feb. 24, 11:50 a.m. An unidentified person made vague threatening remarks by phone to a resident of Mulberry Place.

Feb. 24, 12:08 p.m. On Ghiggeri Road, two subjects engaged in a physical altercation on school grounds were arrested and released on Juvenile Affidavits.

Feb. 24, 2:12 p.m. A subject discharged a BB gun in the yard of a residence on Guthrie Lane. The BB struck the front window of another residence, damaging it. The parent of the subject agreed to pay for the window.

Feb. 24, 2:15 p.m. Officers assisted the district attorney’s office with the serving of a search warrant at a residence on Red Rome Lane.

Feb. 24, 2:22 p.m. On Moreau Way, a subject approached another subject in violation of a restraining order.

Feb. 24, 3:32 p.m. An unidentified driver involved in a traffic collision on American Avenue failed to stop and exchange information with the other driver.

Feb. 24, 4:49 p.m. On Lone Tree Way at Fairview Avenue, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 24, 5:20 p.m. A subject who entered a business on Shady Willow Lane with the intention to steal merchandise was detained by loss-prevention personnel, arrested and released to his mother on a Juvenile Affidavit.

Feb. 24, 9:15 p.m. An unidentified driver struck a tree on Brittany Court at Birchwood Drive and fled the scene.

Feb. 25, 2:58 a.m.-8:04 p.m. On Buena Vista Street at Fairview Avenue, Brentwood Boulevard at Oak Street, and Brentwood Boulevard at Sand Creek Road, subjects stopped for a vehicle code violation were found to be driving on a license suspended for DUI. They were arrested and released on a Notice To Appear.

Feb. 25, 6:50 p.m. On Lone Tree Way at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 25, 7:38 a.m. An unidentified person broke the driver’s side window of a vehicle parked on Begonia Court.

Feb. 26, 1:15-1:54 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Oak Street and on Sycamore Avenue at Robin Street, subjects stopped for vehicle code violations were found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. They were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Feb. 26, 8:05 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving without a license and have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and released on a Notice To Appear.
