A group of local Girl Scouts stopped by an Antioch City Council meeting to receive a proclamation regarding the Girl Scouts’ 100th anniversary. The scouts received the honor from City Councilwoman and former Girl Scout Mary Rocha. In return, each City Council member was given a box of Thin Mints.
