The public is invited to discover – or re-discover – good restaurants and enjoy the atmosphere of Brentwood’s new downtown streetscape at the same time in the latest installment of A Taste of Brentwood Restaurant Tour, held Saturday, May 12.

Sponsored by the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce and the Brentwood Kiwanis Club, the tour includes stops at popular eateries such as La Fuente Iguana Bar, TLCakes, Co. Co. County Wine Company, Dino’s Sandwich shop, Big Wave Dave’s and Aladino’s Pizza.

Participants are given a sample from each restaurant’s menu specially prepared for the tour. Bring your heartiest appetite, and don’t make plans for a big dinner.

“Taking Mom on the tour would make for a great Mother’s Day present,” said Jilda Fairhurst of the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce. “Treat her to a fabulous day dining at eight locations.”

Tickets are $20 apiece – $30 for two – and may be purchased at the Chamber office, 8440 Brentwood Blvd., Suite C. For more information, call 925-634-3344.
