Residents Tony Steller, left, and Roger Reizenstein exercised their constitutional rights last weekend on the corner of Discovery Bay Boulevard and Sand Point Road. Residents came out to show their opposition to the proposed membership dues by the Discovery Bay Property Owners Association. An election earlier this month failed to produce a quorum of ballots, and the vote has been extended to March 9.
