The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District has posted Public Notice SPK-2001-00147 (RGP #1) to the Public Notice Link at www.spk.usace.mil/missions/regulatory.aspx. (www.spk.usace.army.mil/media/regulatorypublicnotices.aspx).

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District (Corps) has issued Regional General Permit 1 (RGP 1) for activities that would cause no more than minimal adverse impacts to the aquatic environment within the Plan Area of the East Contra Costa County Habitat Conservation Plan/Natural Community Conservation Plan. A copy of the text of RGP 1 is also available at www.spk.usace.mil/Missions/Regulatory/RegulatoryPermitting/GeneralPermits.aspx.
