April 25, 9:08 p.m. An unidentified person stole a vehicle parked in the parking lot of a business on Lone Tree Way.

April 26, Midnight On Lone Tree Way at State Route 4, a subject stopped for displaying a stolen license plate on the rear of his vehicle was found to be on probation and driving on a suspended license. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

April 26, 4:12 p.m. An unidentified person stole an iPad and a laptop computer from a vehicle parked on Central Boulevard.

April 26, 5:20 p.m. A resident of Hanson Lane returned home to find his rear sliding door broken. Estimated damage: $200.

April 26, 11:21 p.m. On Lone Tree Way at Empire Avenue, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations found to be was driving on a suspended license. His vehicle’s registration was expired beyond six months. He was arrested and released on a Notice To Appear. The vehicle was towed.

April 27, 6:34 a.m. An unidentified person smashed the rear passenger window of a vehicle parked on Broderick Drive and stole a $600 stereo face plate.

April 27, 6:47 a.m. An unidentified person smashed the rear passenger window of a vehicle parked on Chamois Court and stole a portable GPS unit and a computer printer.

April 27, 7:24 a.m. An unidentified person stole a fishing pole from the bed of a truck parked on Chamois Court.

April 27, 11:17 a.m. A resident of Breton Drive was defrauded of $7,100 by a company in Mexico.

April 27, 5:19 p.m. A subject who attempted to pass a fictitious prescription at a business on Balfour Road was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

April 28, 12:07 a.m. On Balfour Road at Walnut Boulevard, a vehicle collided with another vehicle, causing it to roll over. A person inside the second vehicle sustained fatal injuries as a result of the collision.

April 28, 12:39 a.m. On Balfour Road at Hudson Drive, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

April 28, 12:46 a.m. Several subjects were stabbed during a physical altercation on Ash Court.

April 28, 8:35 a.m. On Sand Creek Road, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving on a license suspended for DUI. He was arrested and released on Notice To Appear.

April 28, 11:17 a.m. An unidentified person entered a business on Lone Tree Way, stole a welder valued at approximately $660 and fled the scene.

April 28, 3:58 p.m. An unidentified person stole a bicycle from in front of a business on Sand Creek Road.

April 29, 12:15 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Spruce Street, a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be in possession of methamphetamine had five outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

April 29, 1:10 p.m. A subject caught stealing approximately $240 in clothing from a business on Lone Tree Way was arrested and released on a Promise To Appear.

April 29, 3:09 p.m. Two subjects were engaged in a physical altercation on Collett Court.

April 29, 8:30 p.m. A subject contacted on Charisma Way was arrested for possession of marijuana and cocaine for sale.

April 30, 4:41 a.m. On Emory Oak Court, an unidentified driver struck a tree and fled the scene without providing contact information.

April 30, 2:54 p.m. An unidentified person stole a duffle bag containing a laptop computer, charger and headset from the front of a residence on Summerwood Boulevard.

May 1, 1:33 a.m. On Lone Tree Way at Canada Valley Road, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to have a citable warrant for his arrest out of Fresno.

May 1, Noon An unidentified person broke into a residence on Natwick Way and stole jewelry.

May 1, 5:45 p.m. A subject caught stealing $92.92 worth of groceries from a business on Balfour Road was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

May 1, 6:38 p.m. A subject involved in a hit-and-run collision on Lone Tree Way at Smith Road was found to be driving under the influence of controlled substances. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

May 1, 9:52 p.m. An unidentified person attempted use a lost or stolen credit card to purchase $57 dollars worth of pizza at a business on Lone Tree Way.
