May 3, 4:55 p.m. On Spruce Street at Shasta Daisy Drive, an unidentified person pushed another person and stole his backpack.

May 3, 8:18 p.m. An unidentified person stole a vehicle parked on Sand Creek Road.

May 3, 9:28 p.m. On O’Hara Avenue at Central Boulevard, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found in possession of cocaine and packaging material. A passenger in the vehicle was found in possession of a large quantity of marijuana, packaging material and scales. Both were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

May 3, 11:06 p.m. A subject was served a court order to vacate a residence on Collett Court.

May 3, 11:35 p.m. On Caper Drive at O’Hara Avenue, a subject contacted on a vehicle stop was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

May 4, 9:07 a.m. An unidentified person stole 400 feet of wire in the vicinity of Neroly Road at Simba Place. Estimated loss: $500.

May 4, 10:56 a.m. Electrical landscape wire was stolen in the vicinity of Sand Creek Road and Fairview Avenue.

May 4, 12:32 p.m. On American Avenue, a subject who punched and pulled the hair of another person, inflicting minor injuries, was arrested and released on a Juvenile Affidavit.

May 4, 2:40 p.m. An unidentified person stole a UPS shipment from the front porch of a residence on San Juan Oaks Road.

May 5, 1:04 a.m. On O’Hara Avenue at Sand Creek Road, a subject who was stopped for vehicle code violations and engaged officers in a brief pursuit was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

May 5, 1:46 a.m. On Remington Street at Walnut Boulevard, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for his arrest and be driving on a license suspended for DUI. He was arrested and released on a Notice To Appear and Promise To Appear.

May 5, 6:16 a.m. A vehicle parked in a no-parking zone on First Street was towed.

May 5, 8:50 a.m. An unidentified person broke the driver’s side mirror of a vehicle parked on Buena Vista Street.

May 5, 12:30 p.m. An unidentified person broke the rear window of a vehicle parked on Sand Creek Road and stole tools.

May 5, 2 p.m. On Garin Parkway at Sunset Road, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving on a license suspended for DUI. He was arrested and released on a Notice To Appear.

May 5, 6:07 p.m. A resident turned in a shotgun for safekeeping at police headquarters.

May 5, 10:59 p.m. On Fieldstone Court at Dainty Avenue, a subject who was punched by an unidentified person several times in the face was transported to a local hospital for medical evaluation.

May 6, 12:35 a.m. On Minnesota Avenue at Central Boulevard, a subject apprehended and arrested for battery was taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

May 6, 3:53 a.m. On Lone Tree Way at Empire Avenue, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found in possession of suspected cocaine and hashish. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

May 6, 4:32 a.m. A subject contacted during a family disturbance on Brentwood Boulevard at Applewood Common was found to be too intoxicated to care for his own safety. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

May 6, 8:45 a.m. On Marsh Creek Trail at Brentwood Boulevard, an unidentified person battered another person and stole his iPhone.

May 6, 9 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Broderick Drive, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving without a license.

May 6, 11:07 a.m. A vehicle rolled out of the driveway of a residence on St. Augustine Drive at La Sata Drive and struck a city sign.

May 6, 12:27 p.m. The rear license plate was stolen from a vehicle in a parking lot on Lone Tree Way.

May 6, 3:30 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard, a subject violated a court order by failing to drop off her son at the scheduled time.

May 6, 3:40 p.m. A hypodermic needle found beside a building on Brentwood Boulevard was booked into Evidence Depository for destruction.

May 6, 3:43 p.m. An unidentified person forced entry into a vacant business space on Brentwood Boulevard and attempted to force entry into the adjacent restaurant.

May 6, 6:11 p.m. An unidentified person stole a dog from a residence on Fernwood Lane.

May 6, 7:45 p.m. A subject contacted on Lone Tree Way was arrested for possession of stolen merchandise and burglary tools.

May 6, 7:58 p.m. On Lone Tree Way, an unidentified person stole a purse.

May 6, 9:42 p.m. An unidentified driver knocked over a stop sign on Lakeview Drive at East Country Club Drive.

May 6, 9:55 p.m. A subject who forced entry into a building on San Jose Avenue was apprehended, arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
