On Aug. 20 at 11:25 p.m., Antioch officers responded to the World Savings bank on 2601 Somersville Road on the report of a robbery.

Upon arrival, officers determined that the suspect was a female wearing a black shirt bearing a Superman logo on the front. The suspect demanded money of the teller, was given the cash, and fled the bank on foot. No weapon was seen.

The next day, Antioch detectives pursued leads suggesting that that the suspect might have committed several similar bank robberies in the Bay Area. Due to their work, 28-year-old Natasha Love, an Antioch/Vallejo resident, was identified by witnesses as the person who robbed World Savings.

She was arrested by the Antioch Police Department and sent to County Jail in Martinez.
