The Byron Delta Lions Club recently collected and cleaned 4,000 pairs of eyeglasses, which they donated to the Lions Club Blind Center. Members of the club also help to screen about 600 preschool children each year for Amblyopia (lazy eye) and help to refer them to an ophthalmologist if needed.
