Joshua Maligro, 11, of Brentwood is battling leukemia, which makes him eligible for a wish from the Greater Bay Area Make-A-Wish Foundation. When given the opportunity to wish for anything, he decided he wanted to go on a trip on the Disney Cruise Line. On Oct. 12, Joshua and his family traveled to Port Canaveral, Fla. to board their ship, the Disney Magic, and set sail for the Eastern Caribbean. After two days at sea, they made stops at St. Maarten and St. Thomas. Then, after sailing for another full day, Joshua visited Castaway Cay, Disney's private island oasis. Above are Joshua Maligro, his father Brent, mother Desiree, sister Danika and brother, Jeremy.
