The developers of the highly anticipated Streets of Brentwood lifestyle shopping center have announced the first 25 tenants slated to open their doors when the center cuts the ribbon late next year.

Continental Retail Development (CRD) of Ohio and Retail West of San Francisco said last week that, put together, the tenants would occupy just over half the space at the 400,000-square-foot center. The tenants include American Eagle, Ground Zero, Rave Motion Pictures, Banana Republic, Gymboree, REI, Bath & Body Works, Hollister Co, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Chico's, J.Jill, Sunglass Hut, Children's Place, Jos. A. Bank, Talbots, Coldwater Creek, Lens Crafters, Tilly's, dELiA*s, Limited Too, Victoria's Secret, DSW, No Fear and White House/Black Market.

Located on Sand Creek Road at the Highway 4 Bypass, the Streets of Brentwood will include more than 60 specialty retailers, a 14-screen Rave Motion Pictures cineplex, a bookstore and several casual and upscale restaurants.

"We are very pleased to announce these outstanding tenants," said CRD President David Kass. "This is an ideal retail location, and with the city's $80,000 median annual household income and the nearest regional mall more than 40 minutes away, it will be a true economic engine."
