Freedom running back Cameron Gupton treated East County to one of the most memorable football plays of 2007, leaping over Liberty defensive back AJ Winn and into the end zone in the Falcons' Bell Game win. Although both teams struggled this season, Freedom and Liberty put on quite a show in the regular-season finale, combining to break the Bell Game scoring record by halftime on their way to a whopping 92 combined points.
