The short run I do in my old neighborhood a few times weekly is so inspiring.
1: Veterans Park with perfect views of Mt. Diablo - what a treasure for the city of Brentwood. I don't know who maintains the landscaping, but five stars to that company.
2: The school next to the park … I see very fit and happy kids on the grounds. Five stars to the unsung heroes: The parents and teachers.
When I think I am too tired to run, I know where to go for motivation.
