Army national Guard Pfc. Matthew Kelly graduated from boot camp at Ft. Benning, Ga. last November and immediately left for Ft. Jackson, S.C. to train as a chaplain's assistant. After completing his training on Jan. 10, Kelly returned to Brentwood in order to move to Redding to finish his Bachelor's Degree in Theology at Simpson University while continuing his commitment to the Guard. He intends to pursue a career in full-time ministry.
