May 9, 2:11 p.m. A citizen turned in medication to be destroyed at police headquarters.
May 9, 8:06 p.m. On Tremont Court at Spanish Trail, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was cited for driving without a license. The vehicle was towed.
May 10, 7:40 a.m. On Homecoming Way at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject was cited for expired vehicle registration. The vehicle was stored.
May 10, Noon On Brentwood Boulevard, an unidentified person struck another person in the face while holding an unknown metallic object. The victim sustained a small laceration above his left eye, but declined medical attention.
May 10, 3:50 p.m. On Roper Circle, a subject was served a domestic-violence restraining order.
May 10, 5:11 p.m. An unidentified person stole a vehicle parked on Lone Tree Way.
May 10, 8:47 p.m. A subject involved in a single-vehicle non-injury collision on Sand Creek Road was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
May 10, 9:10 p.m. On Lone Tree Way at Jeffery Way, a subject found to be too intoxicated to care for herself resisted officers. She was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
May 10, 9:56 p.m. An unidentified person attempted entry into a school on San Jose Drive through a window but fled upon the arrival of officers.
May 10, 11:48 p.m. At a business on Lone Tree Way at Fairview Avenue, an unidentified subject attempted to pay for items with a fictitious $20 bill. When the store employee asked for another form of payment, the subject stole items and fled on foot eastbound on Lone Tree Way.
May 11, 1:10 p.m. On Mesquite Court, a subject who was injured attempting to defend his dog from an attacking dog was transported to a local hospital.
May 11, 2:21 p.m. A subject placed under citizen’s arrest for shoplifting from a business on Lone Tree Way was arrested by police and released on a Promise To Appear.
May 12, 2 a.m. An unidentified person forced entry into a truck parked on Cherry Tree Way and stole an iPod.
May 12, 5:45 a.m. A driver who struck a light pole on Rosebrook Court at Fairview Avenue, causing minor injuries, was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
May 12, 11 p.m. On Nancy Street at Brentwood Boulevard a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. A passenger in the vehicle was found be too intoxicated to care for himself. Both were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
May 13, 12:32 a.m. Two subjects who forced entry into a gated, locked generator on Lone Tree Way and removed approximately 60 feet of heavy-gauge copper wire were apprehended, arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
May 13, 2:13 a.m. On Sand Creek Road, an unidentified person sideswiped another vehicle and fled without providing the required contact information.
May 13, 9:47 a.m. A driver struck a city sign in the center median on Second Street at Brentwood Boulevard.
May 13, 11:44 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Nancy Street, a subject stopped for vehicle code violation was found to be driving on a license suspended for DUI. He was arrested and released on a Notice To Appear.
May 13, 4:50 p.m. Two subjects contacted on Brentwood Boulevard at Second Street were found to be under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. One of the subjects was also found in possession of a stolen cell phone. Both were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
May 13, 8:19 p.m. On Shasta Daisy Drive, a subject who struck another subject in the back multiple times with a golf club during an argument was arrested. The victim was transported to a local hospital.
May 13, 10:51 p.m. Officers conducting a welfare check at a business on Brentwood Boulevard contacted a subject under the influence of a controlled substance. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
May 13, 11:30 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Sycamore Avenue, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol and in possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
