James, Daniel and Kevin Allen of Oakley would like to welcome their new baby brother, Jacob Gordon Allen. Jacob was born on Feb. 22 at the Deer Valley Kaiser Hospital and weighed a very healthy 11 pounds, 11 ounces. Congratulations to the whole Allen family on their new edition.
