Dick and Rosemary Daly marked their 50th wedding anniversary April 19 at the St. Francis Yacht Club in San Francisco. Along with close family members, the Dalys also invited many friends and neighbors from Discovery Bay's Seal Way, the street they live on. Dick and Rose are a wonderful couple and an inspiration to us all, said neighbor Kelly Chance. Including us just demonstrates how close we are on this street.
