Editor:

Laurel Elementary School celebrated its last Blue Track Field Day. Field Day is where we celebrate the achievements of the Blue Track students. Our event was held with a grand sendoff for the year on May 27. The students enjoyed jumpers, an obstacle course, a rock-climbing wall, games, relays, face painting and lots of food! We would like to thank the following businesses for their support of our students and field day: Costco, Glacier Ice, McDonalds, Safeway, Winco, Jump N Fun, Paradise Skate, and Got A Party.

We also would like to thank all of the parents who volunteered their time to make this field day a success. The kids had so much fun! We are looking forward to a great year next year with our Laurel leopards.
