June 23, 7:19 a.m. A vehicle was broken into while parked over the weekend on Town Centre Terrace. Its top was slashed and a window was shattered.

June 23, 7:42 a.m. An unidentified person smashed the front passenger window of a vehicle parked on Bentley Court and removed an XM radio reciever.

June 23, 11:36 a.m. On Lone Tree Way, a man bit a woman and grabbed her arms, causing multiple injuries. He was arrested and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility. An Emergency Protection Order was served.

June 23, 3:10 p.m. On Pimento Drive at O'Hara Avenue, a subject contacted as a suspicious person was found to be on searchable probation and in possession of stolen property. He was arrested and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

June 23, 6 p.m. At a business on Lone Tree Way, two subjects were placed under citizen's arrest for shoplifting merchandise. They were released on a Promise To Appear.

June 23, 7:45 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Beverly Lane, a man contacted regarding domestic violence was found to be Driving Under the Influence. He was arrested and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

June 23, 10:02 p.m. Three razor scooters and a bike were found after several juveniles were seen running from a school on Crawford Drive.
