The EDYSL Evolution 12U girls soccer team earned a hard-fought second-place finish at the Redwood City Tournament last weekend.
The team advanced all the way to the championship game and battled the eventual champs tooth and nail, as the two teams remained knotted at 0-0 until the final five minutes of the contest, when the opposition scored the game's only goal.
