The spotlight will shine brightly on the good ol' days as the annual Knightsen Days celebration brings the community together on Saturday, Sept. 13 from: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The event's popular Car, Tractor and Hot Rod Show will close down Knightsen Avenue as enthusiasts show off their vintage cars, tractors, hot rods, rat rods, classic car kits and an array of special-interest vehicles. No entry fees are required. Jerry Sezar's Hot Rod Open House will provide an exciting complement to the show.
Good food, drink and music are a staple of Knightsen Days. Entertainment will be provided by The Riz Scott Rizzo plus live music. And the film Knightsen, 1878 till Today, which begins at 8 p.m., will set a seal of benediction of the festivities.
Knightsen Days is sponsored by the Knightsen Town Advisory Committee, the Knightsen Garden Club Community Center, the Knightsen Firefighters Association, Groth Chevrolet, and Jerry Sezar Enterprises. Proceeds benefit the Knightsen Garden Club Community Center.
