Freedom running back Cameron Gupton is swarmed by Pittsburg defenders during last weekend's 42-14 Falcon loss to the Pirates.
The experience wasn't unique, as Pittsburg, 7-1 (3-0 BVAL) held the Falcons to just 56 yards rushing after Freedom had averaged 187 yards on the ground in its previous seven games this year.
The loss knocked the Falcons (7-1, 2-1) off their first-place perch. Next up for Freedom are the Heritage High Patriots (6-2, 2-1) this weekend at home.
