Dae Pontifice recently navigated her way to stellar success at Avon, entering the elite ranks of Avon's President's Club and earning an all-expenses paid cruise to the Bahamas for increasing her sales over the prior year.

She sailed Oct. 27 through 30 from Miami to Nassau aboard the ship Fascination, a newly refurbished ocean liner in the Carnival Cruise fleet.

"The entrepreneurial spirit of Dae exemplifies what has made Avon a household name for 120 years," said Maria Peninger, Avon Vice President of Representative Development. "Her hard work and commitment to making Oakley a more beautiful place ensures Avon will remain an American icon for generations to come."

Avon is a leading global beauty company, with more than $8 billion in annual revenue, marketing to women in well over 100 countries through over five million independent Avon sales representatives.
