Celebrating the 20th anniversary of Brentwood’s CornFest, the Downtown Brentwood Coalition is hosting its fourth Downtown Thursdays night celebration on July 12 with Here Come the Ears! – three hours of free fun as families shop, dine and discover downtown. Advance carnival and CornFest tickets will be on sale at the Brentwood Chamber booth.

Located in historic Downtown Brentwood, these weekly events include street closures on First and Chestnut Street for car and motorcycle shows, plus live entertainment, jump houses and street dining, featuring delectable dishes prepared by six downtown restaurants delivered to your table for only $7. You can enjoy fettuccini Alfredo from Cap’s, chicken enchiladas from La Fuente, egg rolls from Pho Vietnam, a meatball marinara sandwich and fries from Sweeney’s, a tri-tip sandwich, beans, potato salad and Coke from the Emporium, and a personal pepperoni and olive pizza from The Game. Wine and beer are available from Co. Co. County Wine Company.

Back by popular demand and in high gear every week are the free car and motorcycle show contestants vying for awards in Best in Show and People’s Choice. You’re encouraged to spread the news and get your favorite car club involved in this fun event. The inaugural Hot Boat Show at the Endless Summer Event is scheduled for Aug. 2.
