Boy Scout Troop 298 of Oakley is proud to announce that Justin Lott, 17, recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout. For his project, Justin built a sandbox and compost bin at Oakley Elementary School. A 2012 graduate of Freedom High School, Justin will attend Sacramento State in the fall. Please join his parents, Gloria and Bill Lott of Oakley, and Troop 298 in congratulating Justin on this important achievement in his life.
